Copenhagen, biên niên sử một hiệp ước dở dang

Cơ quan Phát triển Pháp (AFD) và Trung tâm Văn hóa Pháp tại Hà Nội – Espace sẽ đồng tổ chức một Hội thảo về biến đổi khí hậu, với minh họa bằng việc chiếu bộ phim tài liệu :

« Copenhagen, biên niên sử một hiệp ước dở dang »
Bộ phim dài khoảng 1 giờ 20 phút này cho phép đi sâu vào những cuộc thảo luận quốc tế lớn về khí hậu
đã diễn ra tại Copenhagen vào tháng 12/2009.

Trước khi chiếu phim, sẽ có một bài trình bày về những thách thức đối với Việt Nam, kế hoạch hành động
và quan điểm của Việt Nam trong những cuộc thương thảo quốc tế.
